At Purplepaper we take your Privacy concerns extremely seriously. Your information is used strictly for internal purposes. We need basic information such as your delivery and billing addresses to process your order. Your email address is used to send order confirmation, despatch and order tracking number. Your telephone number is needed to contact you immediately should there be a problem with your order.

We value your privacy and understand that you don't want your name and personal details sold to third parties. Purplepaper will not sell, trade or rent in any form your information to a third party.

If you sign up for a 30-Day free credit account your information will be kept for our own records and not passed on to another company.

We will occasionally notify you about important changes to our site, new services and special offers we think you might appreciate. If you would prefer not to receive this information, please send us an email at removeme@purplepaper.com and indicate your name and we will remove you from our database.

Payment for your order can be made to Purplepaper in several ways:

Online by credit card - Payment will be debited by Purplepaper using Barclays Bank PLC secure online payment system.

By setting up a 30-day free credit account with Purplepaper (subject to credit rating check).

By Post - Send a cheque made payable to Purplepaper along with your order (this typically delays your order by about 7-10 days).

By FREEFAX 0800 220 718 - Fax your order along with your credit card details.

We accept Visa. Delta, MasterCard, Switch, Solo.

Setting up an account makes shopping at Purplepaper faster, easier, and more personal. When you set up an account you can use the convenient autologin feature, which lets you enter the site and start shopping immediately, simply by entering your login name and password.
With a Purplepaper account, you can store your billing and delivery information. This information will automatically appear where necessary during the purchase and checkout process...so you won't have to re-type it each time you make a purchase!
To set up a credit account simply sign up as a new customer and enter the information as directed. You will then be asked whether you would like to set up an account. By clicking 'Yes' your information will be securely passed to us where it will be credit checked using a third party agent. You will then be notified by Purplepaper, during this time you carry on shopping!

You may pay for your order by cheque by phoning through your order to us, cheques need to be made out to Purplepaper.
Paying by cheque does slow down your order as we do not dispatch your order until your cheque is received and your funds clear. Paying by personal cheque typically delays your order by about 7 to 10 days.
After you have placed your order with us online you can print off your order and post your cheque and order to the following address:

Please remember to write your Company name and address clearly on the back of your cheque, as this will help us to process your order more efficiently.

Cancelling an order please contact us immediately on 0800 085 5893. If your order has already been dispatched, we will need to process a return.

Your order will be delivered to you in 2 working days.

If your order has not been delivered by 5.pm on the due date or if it is damaged or incorrect, call us on 0800 085 5893 and we will address the problem immediately.

At Purplepaper we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us so we make sure our returns policy is simple.
Returns are FREE of charge and hassle free. If the item is damaged in any way or you simply are not satisfied, e-mail or call us within 28 days of receipt and we will arrange for a collection at no charge to you. You will receive a full credit, exchange or refund - whichever you prefer.
We would like you to be 100% SATISFIED with our service.

To return an item, please detach the returns slip on the bottom of your delivery note and fill in your details as well as giving the reason for return.
Call our freephone number 0800 085 5893 and you will be given a returns number, this must be written in the space provided on your returns slip. We will immediately arrange for the package to be collected from your address.

Returns checklist...

1. Please, enclose the completed returns slip with the returned package.
2. Make sure the package is securely wrapped.
3. Attach the Purplepaper returns address sticker onto the package.
